In 2009, Newport Construction Corporation formed an affiliate firm, Newport Materials - located just off Interstate Route 3 in Westford, Massachusetts. Newport Materials was originally designed to provide vertical integration to the construction division, by producing and supplying various aggregate products and materials for Newport's public construction projects.
In this same year, Newport Materials applied for a permit to construct an asphalt manufacturing facility on site.

Note: Though our Asphalt Plant and Quarry/Aggregates sites are internally connected, they have different entrances and addresses. Asphalt is only sold at the plant site, and stone/aggregates are only sold at the quarry.
